Eplerenone also is a selective mineralocorticoid receptor antagonist (MRA) with IC50 value of 0.081 μM. Eplerenone can be used for the research of hypertension, atherosclerosis, chronic systolic heart failure (HF) and cardiovascular (CV)[1][2].
