Levetiracetam enhances Temozolomide effect on glioblastoma stem cell proliferation and apoptosis. Levetiracetam modulates HDAC levels ultimately silencing MGMT, thus increasing Temozolomide effectiveness. A chemosensitizer agent[1][2].
