Notes: ARV-110 is a proteolysis-targeting chimera (PROTAC) that contains a cereblon ligand 1-derivative connected to an androgen receptor (AR) ligand by a linker region.{51525} It reduces AR levels in VCaP prostate cancer cells in a time- and concentration-dependent manner. ARV-110 (1 µM) decreases VCaP cancer cell proliferation. In vivo, ARV-110 reduces tumor volume in a VCaP prostate cancer xenograft model that is resistant to the non-steroidal AR antagonist enzalutamide (MDV 3100; Item No. 11596).
