VEGFR-2-IN-67 exerts significant anti-cancer activity through mechanisms such as inducing Apoptosis (the early apoptosis rate reaches 57.20%), arresting the cell cycle at the G1 phase, upregulating pro-apoptotic markers and downregulating Bcl-2.
