Description: D-Amino-PEG6-Thalidomide TFA salt is comprised of an amine group linked to α-Phthalimidoglutarimide through PEG6. The amine group is reactive with carboxylic acids, activated NHS esters, carbonyls (ketone, aldehyde) etc. The Thalidomide group is useful in PROTAC research and often referred to as dBET1 as a powerful BRD4 degrader.
