α-Amylase-IN-11

Product Description: α-Amylase-IN-11 (compound C5f) is an α-Amylase inhibitor (IC50=0.56 μM) that can reduce the sugar level in vivo. α-Amylase-IN-11 has a moderate inhibitory effect on α-glucosidase (α-glucosidase), with IC50=11.03 μM. α-Amylase-IN-11 can significantly reduce the glucose concentration in a mouse model and has the potential for use in diabetes research[1].
