Product Description: DH-376 is a potent diacylglycerol lipase inhibitor with pIC50 values of 8.6 and 8.9 for ABHD6 and DAGLα, respectively. DH-376 prevents fasting-induced refeeding of mice[1]. DH-376 is a click chemistry reagent, it contains an Alkyne group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAc) with molecules containing Azide groups.
Applications: Metabolism-sugar/lipid metabolism
Formula: C31H28F2N4O3
