Description: The RIPA Lysis Buffer is intended for the lysis of mammalian adherent and suspension-cultured cells. This buffer enables extraction of cytoplasmic, membrane and nuclear proteins under denaturing conditions.
Formulation: 50 mM Tris HCl, pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 1 mM EDTA, 1 mM EGTA, 1% Triton X-100, 1% sodium deoxycholate, and 0.1% SDS
Mycoplasma Testing: Sterile filtered (0.2 µm)
Storage Stability: Upon receipt, store at 4°C. Stable for 6 months from date of receipt, when stored as directed.
Biosafety Level: Not applicable (BSL-1)
