Description: This liquid Cell Thawing Medium is optimized for thawing and plating select BPS Bioscience cell lines, using CRE/CREB Reporter Lentivirus #79580 NF-κB Reporter Luciferase Reporter Lentivirus #79564

Format: Aqueous buffer solution

Formulation: MEM medium supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% non-essential amino acids, 1 mM Na pyruvate.

Storage Stability: This medium is shipped on gel packs. Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. If frozen during shipping, please move to 4°C for storage. Protect from light. If the medium is warmed prior to use, do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for 6 months from date of receipt.

Supplied As: Sterile filtered (0.2 µm) and Mycoplasma-free
