Description: The ZymoBIOMICS 96 MagBead DNA/RNA Kit is a high-throughput microbiome DNA and RNA kit that provides magnetic bead-based DNA and RNA extraction for microbial DNA & RNA from any sample type. Efficiently isolate DNA and RNA from feces, soil, plant, water and biofilms that contain microbes such as gram-positive/negative bacteria, fungi, protozoans and viruses. In the ZymoBIOMICS workflow, DNA/RNA Shield is used to preserve nucleic acids from any sample at ambient temperatures and is coupled with an innovative lysis system (i.e., ZR BashingBead Lysis Tubes or Rack) for unbiased nucleic acid extraction. DNA & RNA is ready for any downstream microbiome or metagenome analyses.
