Description: Sandwich TR-FRET immunoassay for semi-quantitative detection of Phospho-BTK (Y223) and Total BTK in cell lysates. This unique kit allows to simultaneously detect phosphorylated and total BTK proteins from the same lysate sample in separate wells.

Components: Eu-phospho-BTK (20 µL), Acc-phospho-BTK (80 µL), Eu-Total BTK (5 µL), Acc-Total BTK (20 µL), BTK control lysate (500 µL), 5X Lysis Buffer #2 (5 mL), 10X TR-FRET Detection buffer (250 µL).
