Description: This liquid Growth Medium is a complete medium optimized to culture selected BPS Bioscience cell lines.

Endotoxin Level: All components are low endotoxin. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.

Formulation: RPMI1640 medium (ATCC modification) supplemented with 10% FBS, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin plus 0.5 μg/ml of Puromycin and 100 µg/ml Hygromycin B.

Storage Stability: Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. Do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for six months after first thaw.  Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Supplied As: Sterile filtered (0.2 μm) and Mycoplasma-free.
