Specificity: Detects human EGFR. This non-therapeutic antibody uses the same sequence as the therapeutic antibody Matuzumab.

Purification method: This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Background: Matuzumab biosimilar is a humanized IgG1 monoclonal antibody against human EGFR. As it only has approximately 10% murine origin it has limited immunogenicity, and being IgG1 it is capable of inducing antibody dependent cell cytotoxicity (ADCC).Matuzumab biosimilar is produced in mammalian (Chinese hamster ovary) cell culture.

Concentration: 1.0 - 5.0 mg/ml

Formulation: Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2,with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added. BSA and Azide free.

Purity: >95% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC

Endotoxin: ≤ 1.0 EU/mg as determined by the LAL method
