Product Description: Osemitamab (FUT8-KO) is an anti-claudin-18.2 monoclonal antibody expressed by CHO cells with the fucosyltransferase 8 gene (FUT8) knocked out. Fucose deficiency enhances the ADCC effect of the antibody. Osemitamab in combination with Capecitabine (HY-B0016) and Oxaliplatin (HY-17371), can be used for G/GEJ cancer study[1][2].
