Instant Nucleic Acid Electrophoresis buffer

Preformulated high performance nucleic acid buffer for agarose gel electrophoresis. Specially formulated for running agarose gels at higher voltages (300-350V). Decreases typical electrophoresis time from 30 min to 10 min. Ideal replacement for TBE buffer when separating DNA fragments in the range of 100 bp to 5000 bp. 1 pouch yields 1 liter of 1x high performance buffer pH 8.3. 20 pouches per box.
