eCHO Medium for CHO cells is a chemically defined, hydrolysate-free, serum-free, and non-animal origin medium for supporting high-density CHO cells in suspension. Improved cell growth and protein yield are achieved when adding the eCHO Feed. The eCHO Medium is compatible with batch and fed-batch culture.
The eCHO Basal Medium for CHO cells and eCHO Feed have been developed to provide efficient protein production with good protein integrity and improved post-translational modification. The use of cost-efficient ingredients make the use of the eCHO Basal Mediumfor CHO cells and eCHO Feed an advantageous economic decision. The eCHO Basal and eCHO Feed will provide consistent performance in protein yield.
