CloneticsTM Human Bladder Smooth Muscle Cells (BdSMC) are isolated from specific tissues surrounding the bladder. Cells are shipped in passage 3.
BdSMC are guaranteed through 10 population doublings and to stain positive for alpha smooth muscle actin and negative for von Willebrand Factor VIII. Cells test negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast and fungi. HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C are not detected for all donors and/or cell lots. A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is provided for each cell lot purchased.
