Diseased Human Bronchial Smooth Muscle Cells (D-BSMC) are also available from donors diagnosed with asthma, COPD and cystic fibrosis.
Cryopreserved Human Bronchial Smooth Muscle cells from Cystic Fibrosis donors are guaranteed through 15 population doublings and to stain positive for alpha smooth muscle actin and negative for von Willebrand Factor VIII. All cells test negative for mycoplasma, bacteria, yeast, and fungi.HIV-1, hepatitis B and hepatitis C are not detected for all donors and/or cell lots.
