Applications: Useful as a reference antibody for screening β-Amyloid neutralizing antibodies.

Description: Purified, recombinant, humanized Anti-β-amyloid (IgG1) antibody, expressed in HEK293 cells. This antibody reacts with human β-amyloid and has not been tested for cross-reactivity with other species.

Format: Aqueous buffer solution

Formulation: 10 mM Na phosphate pH 7.4, 138 mM NaCl, 2.75 mM KCl.

Purification: Protein A affinity chromatography from HEK293 supernatants.

Storage Stability: Stable for at least 12 months at -80°C. Store diluted antibody with carrier protein (BSA 0.1 - 0.5%) at 4°C, stable for 2 weeks.

Warnings: Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
