Application Notes (Clone): The binding affinity of original format of the antibody to FVIIaDVQ was measured by surface plasmon resonance (Kd= 32 pM). The crystal structure of the Fab fragment of the antibody was determined (Jiang et al., 2019; PMID: 31294329).
