Real-time PCR

In many areas of infection diagnostics, the real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR) has replaced or supplemented classical detection methods. This amplification method of the nucleic acids, which is based on the principle of PCR, additionally allows the quantification of the DNA obtained.

The RIDA®GENE kits from R-Biopharm provide evidence of gastrointestinal, respiratory and nosocomial infections. The highly sensitive and specific method quickly delivers reliable results. The palette offers multiple as well as simple formats of parameters, allowing an optimized application.

Clonit offers real-time PCR kits, which not only provide infection diagnostics but also qualitative detection of genetic diseases. Thanks to the small formats, the tests are also popular in smaller laboratories. The viral tests also allow the quantification of the pathogen.

SavvygenTM - features a ready-to-use lyophilized master mix in stripwell format, which enables transport and storage at room temperature. In addition to respiratory and gastrointestinal infections, sexually transmitted infections can be detected.

Liferiver's products cover more than 300 target sequences. In addition to the classic viral and bacterial range, sexually transmitted diseases and other pathologies are included in the line. The small test format (25 reactions) allows complete use of the reagents even with very rare requests for a parameter.
