Specificity Statement: This antibody is specific for a thermo-sensitive, invariant epitope in domain III of the Dengue virus.
Application Notes (Clone): The original version of this antibody was used for a competitive ELISA on DENV-1 or DENV-2 rEDIII protein. Further this antibody was used for a neutralization assay on LLC-MK2 cells infected with virus of each serotype. Finally the ability of this antibody to bind the rEDIII protein an ELISA was performed (Li et al., 2013; PMID:23851440).
