Antigen Long Description: A combinatorial fragment of antigen-binding (Fab) antibody phage library based on peripheral blood-derived from five coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) infected donors was constructed. The antibody was obtained and identified by panning with purified NP.

Specificity Statement: The antibody is specific for NP.
Application Notes (Clone): The specificity of the original format of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis. The antibody detected the recombinant NP by western blot analysis. Surface plasmon resonance assay was performed to evaluate the binding specificity and affinity between antibodies and purified NP (KD in the sub-nM range). The antibody was used together with JS16 in sandwich ELISA (detection limit below 0.78ng/mL) (Zhang et al, 2020; PMID:33281824).
