CloneID: Anti-human PD-1 antibody
Antigen Long Description: The original antibody was generated by immunizing transgenic mice with PD-1.
Buffer Composition: PBS with 0.02% Proclin 300.
Available Custom Conjugation Options: AP, HRP, Fluorescein, APC, PE, Biotin Type A, Biotin Type B, Streptavidin, FluoroProbes 647H, Atto488, APC/Cy7, PE/Cy7
Uniprot Accession No.: Q15116
Specificity Statement: The antibody is specific for PD-1. The antibody binds the extracellular region of the human PD-1 protein receptor. PD-1 is a type I membrane protein with 288 amino acids, and is one of the main known immune checkpoints. PD-1 is expressed in activated T lymphocytes, and it binds ligands PD-L1 and PD-L2.
Application Notes (Clone): The specificity of the original format of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis (EC50 = 76 pM). The antibody blocked the binding between PD-1 protein and its ligands PD-L1 and PD-L2 by the receptor ligand binding assay of PD-1 protein. Lymphocyte stimulation assay detected that PD-1 antibody blocked the binding of PD-1 protein to its ligands PD-L1 and PD-L2, thereby releasing its inhibition of T lymphocyte activity (CN106928361A).
