Antigen Long Description: The original antibody was generated by immunizing transgenic mice with PD-L1, followed by antibody library construction and phage display-based selection against PD-L1.

Buffer Composition: PBS with 0.02% Proclin 300.

Available Custom Conjugation Options: AP, HRP, Fluorescein, APC, PE, Biotin Type A, Biotin Type B, Streptavidin, FluoroProbes 647H, Atto488, APC/Cy7, PE/Cy7

Uniprot Accession No.: Q9NZQ7

Specificity Statement: The original antibody is specific for PD-L1. The antibody recognises human and mouse PD-L1.

Application Notes (Clone): The binding affinity of the antibody to PD-L1 was measured by surface plasmon resonance. The binding affinity of the antibody was measured on the cell lines with high expression of PD-L1 by FACS. The specificity of the original format of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis. The antibody had good activity in blocking the binding of PD-L1 to PD-1 and PD-L1 to B7-1 is shown by ELISA analysis. The antibody could block the binding of PD-1 and PD-L1 at the cellular level in in vitro experiments. The antibody was used for in vivo experiments on colon cancer tumor model. B-hPD-1 mice with human PD-1 and MC38-hPD-L1 colon cancer cells with human PD-L1 were treated with the antibody. Results showed inhibition of tumor volume growth in mice treated with the antibody.
