Specificity Statement: This antibody binds the sea snake (Lapemis hardwickii) neurotoxin SN36. This protein binds muscle nicotinic acetylcholine receptor (nAChR) and inhibit acetylcholine from binding to the receptor, thereby impairing neuromuscular transmission.
Application Notes (Clone): The binding characterization of this antibody was done using ELISA. The binding affinity of this antibody for Lapemis hardwickii neurotoxin SN36 was determined to be 0.34nM (CN109251248).
