Specificity Statement: This antibody binds enterotoxin B of Staphylococcus aureus (SEB).
Application Notes (Clone): The binding specificity of this antibody towards staphylococcal enterotoxin B was checked using ELISA. This antibody can also be used as a detection antibody for SEB in a sandwich ELISA. The original VHH antibody can detect SEB concentrations down to 0.05 ng/ml and 0.5 ng/ml in a sample (PMID:17165813).
