Notes: 45 kDa Calcium-binding protein (Cab45), also known as stromal cell-derived factor 4 (SDF-4), is a member of the Cab45/reticulocalbin/ERC45/calumenin (CREC) protein family encoded by SDF4 in humans.{72515,72514} SDF4 encodes a 362-amino acid precursor protein that contains an N-terminal signal sequence, six EF-hand motifs, and a C-terminal HEEF motif.
