Description: This liquid Growth Medium is a complete medium optimized to culture selected BPS Bioscience cell lines.

Endotoxin Level: All components are low endotoxin. FBS is ISIA-certified and sourced from the United States of America.

Formulation: RPMI 1640  (ATCC modification) medium supplemented with 10% Heat Inactivated FBS, 1% Penicillin/Streptomycin, 1 µg/ml of Puromycin, and 1000 µg/ml of Geneticin.

Storage Stability: Upon receipt, the medium should be stored in the dark at 4°C. Do not exceed 37°C. When stored in the dark at 4°C, the product is stable for six months after first thaw.  Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Supplied As: Sterile filtered (0.2 μm) and Mycoplasma-free.
