S49076 inhibits Axl- and c-Met-mediated Akt phosphorylation in MDA-MB-231 cells (IC50s = 33 and 50s = 50-200 nM). In vivo, S49076 (6.25-50 mg/kg) reduces mean tumor volume in GTL-16 and U87MG mouse xenograft models.
