Specificity: Detects human ErbB2. This non-therapeutic antibody uses the same sequence as the therapeutic antibody Trastuzumab.

Background: Trastuzumab is a humanized IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody that selectively binds with high affinity to the extracellular domain of the human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 protein, HER2. Trastuzumab is produced by recombinant DNA technology in a mammalian cell (Chinese Hamster Ovary).

Concentration: 0.5mg/ml

Formulation: This Biotin conjugate is formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (150 mM NaCl) PBS pH 7.4, 1% BSA and 0.09% sodium azide as a preservative.
