Product Description: 1,2,3,6,7,8-Hexachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (1,2,3,6,7,8-HxCDD) is an AHR agonist, with reported gene assay EC50 values of 5.4 nM at 4 hours and 9.3 nM at 8 hours. 1,2,3,6,7,8-Hexachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin (at doses of 0.5 and 2 µg/kg) has been shown to reduce the production of antibodies against sheep red blood cells in mice. 1,2,3,6,7,8-Hexachlorodibenzo-p-dioxin is an environmental pollutant, found in animal feed and detected in the air near municipal waste incinerators[1].
Applications: COVID-19-immunoregulation
Formula: C12H2Cl6O2
