Application: Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling.

Assay Conditions: A 25 µl ACC1 reaction is conducted in a buffer containing 30 mM HEPES (pH 7.4), 2 mM MgCl2, 2 mM potassium citrate, 1 mM DTT, 100 µM ATP, 12 mM NaHCO3 and 20 µM acetyl-CoA at 30°C for 45 min. ATP reduction is detected using ADP-Glo® Luminescent Assay Platform (Promega).
