Application Notes (Clone): The original antibody was used for a virus neutralization assay on SIV Env pseudoviruses. This antibody shows its ability to neutralize this virus (Gorman et al., 2019; PMID:31586542). This antibody was used for an competitive ELISA on SIVmac239 SOSIP.664 (Zhao et al., 2022; PMID:36068229), and on SIVmac239 gp140 FT and SIVmac239 gp120 V1V2V3-deleted gp120 core proteins. The structure of the original antibody was determined using both electron microscopy and x-ray crystallography (Gorman et al., 2019; PMID:31586542) (Zhao et al., 2022; PMID:36068229).
