Specificity Statement: This antibody is specific for the prM protein from both the dengue virus and the zika virus.
Application Notes (Clone): The original version of this antibody was used for a western blot on prM (Beltramello et al., 2010; PMID:20833378). The structure of the original antibody was determined using Cryo-EM (Tan et al., 2020; PMID:32060358). This antibody was used to visualize DENV3-CH53489 in cryo-EM (Morrone et al., 2020; PMID:32561757). This antibody was used for an ELISA on prM and E proteins from the dengue fever virus (Scott et al., 2021; PMID:34578424).
