Specificity Statement: This antibody reacts with α-helical molecules and the carbohydrate N-acetyl-b-D-glucosamine (GlcNac). Specifically, it binds streptococcal M-protein, actin, keratin, DNA, and vimentin.

Application Notes (Clone): This antibody binds myosin at a low relative avidity, as determined in a competitive ELISA (Mertens et al., 2000; PMID: 11282394).
