Specificity Statement: This antibody is specific for an epitope that contains amino acids 172–505 as essential residues.
Application Notes (Clone): The fab version of this antibody was used a neutralization assay, in short both a pre- and post-virus attachment assay was performed on 293TT cells with pseudo virus. The structure of this antibody was determined using cryo-EM (Guan et al., 2015; PMID:25996608). This antibody was used for an ELISA on L1-17RG1 (Huber et al., 2017; PMID:28056100).
