Purification method: This monoclonal antibody was purified using Protein G

Antigen Distribution: CD155 is expressed at cell junctions on the primary vascular endothelial cells. Also, mouse CD155 is highly expressed on DP thymocytes.

Background: Mouse CD155, is a member of a subfamily of immunoglobulin-like adhesion receptors. Mouse CD155 is expressed on a variety of cells of hematopoietic origin apart from its existence on the epithelial cells. The engagement of CD155 with CD226 and CD96 induces cytotoxicity of NK cells and CTL.

Concentration: 1.0 - 5.0 mg/ml

Formulation: 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added.

Purity: >95% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC

Endotoxin: ≤ 1.0 EU/mg as determined by the LAL method

Aggregation: Aggregation level ≤ 5%
