Specificity Statement: This antibody binds human TNFR2 (TNFRSF1B). TNFR2 is a receptor with high affinity for TNFSF2/TNF-alpha and approximately 5-fold lower affinity for homotrimeric TNFSF1/lymphotoxin-alpha.

Application Notes (Clone): The binding characterization to human TNFR2 was done using ELISA. This antibody can effectively block the binding of TNFR2 with TNF alpha. The binding affinity of the original IgG antibody for human TNFR2 was determined using surface plasmon resonance and found to be Kd= 9.53 X 10^(-10) M. This antibody was also reported to show tumor inhibitory activity in b-HTNFR2 mice (colon cancer cells) (CN112480259).
