Murine Anti-Factor VIII Clone GMA-8015

GMA-8015 is an A2 domain specific antibody that binds Factor VIII in solid-phase ELISA. It binds murine (mouse) Factor VIII but shows no cross-reactivity to porcine (pig) Factor VIII. It can be used as a capture antibody in a sandwich ELISA when paired with biotinylated domain specific antibodies. It pairs well with GMA-8018 for detection of murine Factor VIII in a sandwich ELISA. Its epitope overlaps with the GMA-8021 epitope. It is a strong inhibitor of Factor VIII activity in clotting assays.
