For sample storage, we offer a wide range of products. In addition to the screwable tubes with a volume of 1mL, the non- and alphanumerically coded and 2D barcode tubes are available in a wide variety of volumes.

2D tubes have a point code that can be read in and out using a scanner (VisionMate systems), the software for this can be integrated into your IT and allows you to clearly assign samples. Separate closure systems are offered for the tubes. These SepraSeal products are made of a special elastomer, for easier piercing there is also a pre-split version. The caps are easy to apply, there is even the option to automate this. With the help of the Cap Removal Tool, an easy-to-use tool, the caps can be removed or replaced easily and without the risk of contamination.

SZABO-SCANDIC's automation products include several suppliers. In this area you will find products for storage handling, automatic sealing of microtiter plates (Plate Sealer) and plate stackers (BioStack) compatible with Agilent BioTek devices.

BIOSTACK

The new BioStack is a compact and flexible microtiter plate stacker. The unique plate carrier design enables a higher throughput of plates and thus a more efficient productivity due to the faster change of the microtiter plates. The rotating gripper can place panels in "portrait" or "landscape" format and makes ergonomic positioning in the work area or implementation in robot streets easier.

BIOSPA 8

The new BioSpa 8 incubator combines Agilent BioTek plate readers (incl. Cytation models) with a dispenser or washing device for complete workflow automation of up to 8 microtiter plates. Real-time control, continuous temperature, CO2 / O2 and humidity monitoring ensure ideal conditions for cell culture experiments at all stages of the process with minimal user intervention. The BioSpa software enables quick control of both the process and the system status with text or e-mail messages: continuous on-site monitoring is no longer necessary. Microplates are automatically transported from the incubation chamber to a plate reader and / or a liquid handler.
