Specificity: Detects human HER2. This non-therapeutic antibody uses the same sequence as the therapeutic antibody Pertuzumab.

Purification method: This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Background: Pertuzumab is a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody that targets the extracellular dimerization domain (Subdomain II) of the human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 protein (HER2). Pertuzumab is produced by recombinant DNA technology in a mammalian cell (Chinese Hamster Ovary) culture. Pertuzumab has an approximate molecular weight of 148 kDa.

Concentration: 1.0 - 5.0 mg/ml

Formulation: Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2,with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added. BSA and Azide free.

Purity: >95% by SDS-PAGE and HPLC
