ERY-974

Product Description: ERY-974 is a T-cell-engaging bispecific antibody (TCB) targeting GPC3. ERY-974 binds to both GPC3 and the CD3 receptor on T cells simultaneously, activating T cells and prompting them to release perforin and granzyme, triggering apoptosis of tumor cells. ERY-974 is promising for research of solid tumors, such as liver cancer[1].
