Antigen Long Description: The original mouse IgG1 version of this antibody was raised by immunizing BALB/c mice with human Ig and subsequent generation of hybridoma cells by fuisng splenocytes with P3XAg8.653 cells.

Chimeric Use Statement: This chimeric goat antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse IgG1 format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
Specificity Statement: This antibody reacts with the chain of human Ig on B cells. It does not react with T cells, monocytes, granulocytes or erythrocytes.
Application Notes (Clone): This antibody can be used for immunophenotyping of leukemia cells in flow cytometry and in immunohistochemistry in frozen tissue sections. It does not react with formalin/paraffin embedded sections.
