Nefopam hydrochloride (Fenazoxine hydrochloride) is a centrally-acting but non-opioid analgesic drug, for the relief of moderate to severe pain. Nefopam hydrochloride targets β-catenin protein level in mesenchymal cells in-vitro and in-vivo[1][2].
