Product Description: L-Lactate Dehydrogenase (L-LDH), pig muscle is an L-lactate dehydrogenase found in pig muscle, mainly present in anaerobic tissues (skeletal muscle, red blood cells). L-Lactate Dehydrogenase (L-LDH), pig muscle can interact with acidic liposomes at low pH, causing protein to adsorb onto the liposomes and inhibit enzyme activity. The IC50 values for L-Lactate Dehydrogenase (L-LDH), pig muscle are 0.05 μM for cardiolipin and 1.3 μM for phosphatidylserine liposomes[1].
