Notes: ABT-100 is an inhibitor of farnesyltransferase (FTase).{67848} It inhibits Ras farnesylation but not Rap1A geranylgeranylation in HepG2 and Huh7 cells when used at a concentration of 20 µM. ABT-100 (2-20 µM) inhibits the proliferation of the same cells.
