Product Description: AF 555 azide is a fluorescent dye and is the azide of AF 555. It contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. It can also undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups. AF 555 exhibits average excitation wavelengths under green laser and red laser of 510 nm and 610 nm, respectively[1][2].
