Product Description: AF488 azide is a fluorescent dye that can be used to determine the reactivity of immobilized DIBO groups. It contains an Azide group and can undergo copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition reaction (CuAAc) with molecules containing Alkyne groups. It can also undergo strain-promoted alkyne-azide cycloaddition (SPAAC) reactions with molecules containing DBCO or BCN groups. AF488 exhibits the λem and λex wavelength of 520 nm and 470 nm, respectively[1][2].
