Description: The Modified NP-40 Cell Lysis Buffer is intended for the lysis of mammalian adherent and suspension-cultured cells. This buffer is stronger than the standard NP-40 Cell Lysis Buffer. 

Formulation: 50 mM Tris HCl, pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 1 mM EDTA, 1 mM EGTA, 1% IGEPAL CA-630, and 0.1% sodium deoxycholate

Mycoplasma Testing: Sterile filtered (0.2 µm)

Storage Stability: Upon receipt, store at 4°C.  Stable for 6 months from date of receipt, when stored as directed.
